Run By Numbers Toolkit Privacy Policy

The Run By Numbers Coaching Toolkit (“the Toolkit”) is a set of AI-assisted training-design tools for coaches, built and operated by me, Shawn Siemers. This policy explains what I collect when you sign in and use the Toolkit, how I use it, and the choices you have.

Information I collect

• Account information. When you sign in with a magic link or Google, I receive your email address (and name, for Google sign-in) to create and secure your account.
• Billing information. When you purchase credits, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card number. I keep a record of the purchase (amount, credits granted, and a reference to the Stripe transaction) tied to your account.
• Tool inputs and outputs. What you type into a tool is sent to the AI provider to generate that tool’s response. I keep a record of your tool runs (which tool, when, and the credits it cost) to maintain your credit balance and usage history.
• Basic usage data. I may collect limited diagnostic information (such as error logs) to keep the Toolkit working reliably.

How I use information

• To provide the Toolkit’s features to you.
• To process credit purchases and maintain your balance.
• To secure your account and keep the service running reliably.

I don't use your information for advertising, and I don't sell it.

How information is shared

I don't sell personal information or share it for advertising. I share information only with the service providers that run the Toolkit for me:

• Supabase: secure database hosting and sign-in.
• Stripe: payment processing for credit purchases. Stripe handles your payment details directly; see Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Anthropic:what you submit to a tool is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate that tool’s output.
• Vercel: web and API hosting.

These providers may process data only to provide their services to me. I may also disclose information if required by law.

Data security and retention

Information is encrypted in transit and stored in access-controlled systems. I keep information for as long as your account is active, and transaction records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. On request, I delete the personal information associated with your account, except where I must retain it to meet a legal obligation (such as payment records).

Your choices and rights

• You can sign out at any time.
• You can manage your payment details directly through Stripe.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing me at the address below.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated policy here.
